Dr Liyanage has been working as a General Practitioner in Australia since 2013.
She graduated from North Colombo Medical College, Sri Lanka and holds a Diploma in Transfusion Medicine at the University of Colombo.
She is a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and has been working in ACT and NSW.
Dr Liyanage has Professional Diploma in Skin Cancer Medicine and Professional Certificate in Skin Cancer Surgery of Healthcert, Australia and has a special interest in skin cancers, skin cancer surgery and dermatology.
She is also interested in women health (including antenatal and postnatal care, contraceptives, implant insertions/removal, cervical screening tests), paediatrics, mental health and chronic disease management.
