To ensure sustainability of the practice and maintain delivery of quality healthcare services that we promised, we have set out our fee schedule as follows:

  • All skin checks, procedures and related consultations are privately billed.
  • Services eligible for bulk billing include;
  • Annual Health Assessments for >75-year-old
  • Chronic Care Management Plans (GPMP) and Team Care Arrangements (TCA) (for eligible patients)
  • Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders Health Assessment (eligible once every 9 months)
  • Health Assessments for 40 – 49-year-old (for eligible patients)
  • Standard Consultations only for Pension/Heath Care Card holders on Monday – Friday, 10am – 2:45pm
  • Standard Consultations only for Children <15 years on Monday – Friday, 10am – 2:45pm
  • All other consultations including weekend and Public Holidays are privately billed.
  • Telehealth consultation are the same as below. Please note Medicare rebate is only available for eligible patients.
  • Scripts, referrals, and medical certificate requests require an appointment.

 

All fees are billed based on the time and level of complexity of the consultations with your doctor.

*HCC/Pension Card Holders and Children 15 & under; will be privately billed for consultations outside of Monday – Friday 10am – 2:45pm.

If you are unable to make your appointment, we would appreciate you letting us know at least 4 hours before your scheduled time per our cancellation policy. If we were not notified 4 hours prior to your scheduled GP appointment, a $50 cancellation/did not attend fee will be charged, and must be paid prior to your next appointment.

About Our Payment Policy

Our reception staff will be happy to advise you of the consultation fee upon booking an appointment over the telephone. Fees for consultation along with other necessary forms will also be sent to you for your convenience upon booking an appointment.


Often there are additional fees for out-of pocket co-payments, these amounts may vary depending on the payment type and the complexity of your surgery or procedure. Patients will be advised, in writing, after the consultation, with a fee estimate and the amount of any gap payment.


Fees or programs available for uninsured patients are advised by the accounts manager upon request.


How to Pay

Payment is required on the day of consultation. For your convenience we accept a number of payment methods in the rooms, by post and online.

These payment methods include:
