Previous Experience
Dr Kingsley obtained his medical degree from Nnamdi Azikiwe University in Nigeria, where he graduated as valedictorian of the Faculty of Medicine. He has a Master’s degree in Diabetes and Endocrinology from William Harvey Institute, Queen Mary University, London. He acquired extensive experience working in Nigeria and West indies before moving to Australia in 2011. He has worked as a GP in Canberra for >10 years. He is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and also a member of the Endocrine Society of Australia.
His areas of interest are:
- Diabetes and endocrine disorders.
- Obesity
- Lifestyle medicine with special interest in chronic diseases, obesity and type 2 diabetes.
- Research.
Hobby/family life
He loves golf and soccer.
